We review all submissions within 2 weeks. If your submission is selected, we will reach out to schedule a conversation and coordinate next steps. Due to the volume of submissions, we may not be able to respond to every one individually, but we genuinely appreciate each one.
Not necessarily. Good natural light and clean images work well. We are looking for authentic spaces and stories, not perfection. If your submission is selected for a full feature, we can arrange professional photography if needed.
Yes, listing in the directory is completely free. Our goal is to make African design talent more visible and accessible, not to create barriers. We review applications to ensure quality and relevance, but there is no cost to be listed.
Absolutely! You can nominate a space or designer you think deserves to be featured. Just include their contact details and a brief note about why you are nominating them. We will take it from there.
We select guests based on their story and expertise. If you are interested, send us a brief pitch through the collaboration form above. Include your background, what you would like to discuss, and links to any relevant work. We record remotely, so location is never a barrier.
